Wapakoneta WRF (CMAR)

Project Description:

PCC was awarded a contract for this $69.1 million CMAR project in March 2021. Scope of the work includes a new 6 MGD ADF (12 MGD PHF) WWTP adjacent to the existing facility complete with coarse/fine screening, influent pumping, grit/grease removal, (4) bioreactors (1 MG each), (3) 90-ft diameter clarifiers, blowers, chemical feed, post aeration, solids handling upgrades, and several new buildings.

Scope of Services:

Full Preconstruction Services including estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, GMP development and bidding of all packages; Construction Phase Management, Safety Management, Closeout.

Substantial completion was acheived when the new WWTP went online in August 2024. Final completion is expected in December 2024.
