Project Description:

Tri Star requested a CM at-Risk for the building of their new standalone Career Compact center. The project includes a new 102,000 SF facility that will house the Tri Star vocational programs. The project is currently in the construction stage and has a goal of LEED Silver certification. The project cost is $25 million.

Scope of Services:

Full Preconstruction Services including estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, GMP development and bidding of all packages; Construction Phase Management, LEED documentation, Safety Management, Closeout.
