This project uses CM at-Risk and involves a new 288 bed housing facility to replace some outdated facilities. The building was 36,294 sf and was built in the center of the campus. It will also provide program space for the inmates. PCC also completed an 81,800 SF dorm project on the same campus in 2008.

Full Preconstruction Services including estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, GMP development and bidding of all packages; full Construction Phase Management, LEED documentation, Safety Management, Closeout.
