    • This project utilized the CM at Risk delivery model and consisted of a new (100) bed housing facility to replace the current serious metal illness (SMI) and residential treatment unit (RTU) facilities which provides program treatment space for the inmates. The building was 60,000 SF and was constructed near the center of the ORW campus.  This project was completed in 2023.
