Xenia Middle School & Stadium (CMR)

  • This project utilized the CM at Risk delivery model and consisted of a new stand-alone 127,000 SF Middle School Building. The middle school project was completed in October 2024. The Stadium project, which seats 6,000 was completed in July 2025.
