OECC WRF (PDB)

Project Description:

Peterson Construction Company was selected and awarded a contract for this Progressive Design Build (PDB) Project in late 2020.  Scope of the project includes rehabilitation of the WRF’s existing Influent Pump Station, a new Headworks Building, Aeration upgrades, replacement of four (4) 90’ diameter Secondary Clarifier Mechanisms, new Tertiary Filters, UV upgrades, new Rotary Drum Thickeners, and a new Centrifuge.  Nearly every piece of process equipment at the plant is being upgraded or replaced as part of this project.  The plant’s upgraded ADF capacity will be 6.0 MGD and the PHF capacity will be upgraded to 26 MGD.
